Note : i) All 7 Questions are Compulsory. Internal choices has been given in each LO (Learning Outcome).

A double knit fabrics are produced on a 48 feed machine. 24 feeds are knitted on cylinder and dial needles with a course length of 6.2 meters using 100 denier yarn. and 24 feeds are knitted on dial only with a course length of 4 meter using 100 denier yarn. Machine is running at 16 rpm with 90% efficiency. Calculate the production in kg per hour. 48 फीड मशीन पर एक डबल बुना हुआ कपड़ा तैयार किया जाता है। 100 डेनियर यार्न का उपयोग करके 6.2 मीटर की कोर्स लंबाई के साथ सिलेंडर और डायल सुइयों पर चौबीस फीड बुना जाता है और 100 डेनियर यार्न का उपयोग करके केवल 4 मीटर कोर्स लंबाई के साथ डायल पर 24 फीड बुना जाता है। मशीन 90% दक्षता के साथ 16 rpm पर चल रही है। प्रति घंटे किलो ग्राम में उत्पादन की गणना कीजिए। |
