A 40s cotton yarn is tested in samples of 4 bobbins. The standard error is 0.6 bobbins giving a warning limit of 1.2. How many bobbins must be there in the sample in order that the warning limit is 2% of the mean?

The mean range of the count test results on a 50s cotton yarn is 3.4 four bobbins are tested in each sample. Calculate
