BUILDING PLANNING AND DRAWING
Note : i) Attempt total six questions. Question No. 1 (Objective type) is compulsory. From the remaining questions attempt any five.
कुल छ: प्रश्न हल कीजिए। प्रश्न क्रमांक 1 (वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार का) अनिवार्य है। शेष प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं पाँच को हल कीजिए।

रहवासी भवन के निर्माण में प्रयुक्त होने वाले सभी नियमों एवं उपनियमों को समझाइये।
Draw line plan for a primary school building and other space as required. Assume required data and show details.
एक प्राथमिक शाला भवन का रेखाचित्र बनाइये एवं अन्य जगह जैसी जरूरत हो आवश्यक आंकड़े मान लीजिये और विवरण दर्शाइये।
Draw a line plan of a residential building of 2BHK on a plot size of 12 m × 18 m. Use 1:50 scale.
एक 2BHK आवासीय भवन का रेखा प्लान बनाइये। प्लाट का साइज 12 मी. × 18 मी. है। 1:50 का स्केल उपयोग कीजिये।
Draw the detailed plan and elevation of a residential building as shown, in figure.
दिये गये चित्र के अनुसार एक आवासीय भवन का विस्तृत प्लान एवं सम्मुख दृश्य बनाईये।
Draw the sectional elevation using scale 1:50 at section or cutting plane line ABCD of plan in given figure.
1:50 के पैमाने पर कटिंग प्लेन लाइन ABCD पर काटने पर दिखने वाले दृश्य का अनुप्रस्थ काट में सम्मुख दृश्य बनाइये जिसका प्लान चित्र में दिया गया है।
