Attempt total six questions. Question No. 1 (Objective type) is compulsory. From the remaining questions attempt any five.

Describe different types of estimates in brief.

विभिन्न प्रकार के प्राक्कलनों का संक्षिप्त में वर्णन कीजिये।

Prepare a preliminary estimate of an office building having carpet area 200 sq.m. 30% of built up area is taken up by corridor, verandah etc. and 10% is taken up by wallis. Assume plinth area rate Rs. 12000/sqm. Also make provisions for electricity, water supply and sanitary fittings, contingencies and work charged establishment etc.

200 वर्ग मी. के कालीन क्षेत्रफल वाले कार्यालय भवन का प्रारम्भिक प्राक्कलन तैयार कीजिये। निर्मित क्षेत्रफल का 30% कोरीडोर, बरामदा इत्यादि में तथा 10% दीवारों में चला जाता है। कुर्सी क्षेत्रफल दर रू. 12000/वर्ग मी. मान लीजिये। विद्युत, जल प्रदाय एवं स्वच्छता, आकस्मिकता तथा कार्य भारित स्थापना इत्यादि का प्रावधान भी रखें।

The reduced level of ground along the centre line of a proposed road from chainage 11 to 15 are given below.

The formation level at 11^th chainage is 104.95 m and the road is in downward gradient of 1 in 150 upto chainage 15. Formation width of road is 10 m and side slopes in banking and cutting are 2:1 and 1.5:1 respectively. The length of chain is 30 m.

Enter required data in tabular form and calculate earth work.

आवश्यक डाटा सारणिक रूप में प्रविष्ट कीजिये तथा मृदा कार्य की गणना कीजिये।

जरीब 11 से 15 तक की प्रस्तावित सड़क की केन्द्र रेखा के समानित तल निम्नानुसार है।
