i) All 7 Questions are Compulsory. Internal choices has been given in each I.O (Learning Outcome).

निर्माण प्रबंधन के उद्देश्यों एवं कार्यों को लिखिये।

निर्माण टीम क्या होती है लिखिये तथा इसके कार्यों को समझाइये।

Prepare a tender notice for construction of a hostel building costing Rs. 2 crore only time of completion 8 month excluding rainy season. Assume all suitable data wherever necessary.
दो करोड़ रूपये की लागत से बनने वाले होस्टल भवन के लिए एक निविदा सूचना तैयार कीजिए कार्य पूर्ण होने का समय आठ माह निर्धारित (बरसात को छोड़कर) रखा गया है सभी आवश्��क डाटा जरूरत के हिसाब से मान लीजिये।

एक नेटवर्क में अपेक्षित औसत समय और मानक विचलन की गणना करें जिसमें आशावादी समय तीन दिन है, सबसे संभावित समय पाँच दिन है और निराशावादी समय सात दिन है।
