(a) Explain mine legislation and explain its objectives in the Indian mining industry.
खन्न कानून के बारे में बताएँ और भारतीय खन्न उद्योग में इसके उद्देश्यों को समझाएँ।
(b) Discuss the historical development of mining legislation in India.
भारत में खन्न कानून के ऐतिहासिक विकास पर चर्चा कीजिये।

(a) Explain the role of state and central govt. under the Mines and Minerals Act.
खान और खनिज अधिनियम के तहत राज्य और केंद्र सरकार की भूमिका समझाएँ।
(b) Discuss the need and importance of statutory regulations in mines.
खानों में वैधानिक नियमों की आवश्यकता और महत्व पर चर्चा कीजिये।
(a) Explain the scope and applicability of the Mines Act 1952.
माइन्स एक्ट 1952 के दायरे और लागू होने के बारे में बताएँ।
(b) Define the terms "Mine," "Owner," "Agent" and "Manager" as per the Mines Act 1952.
माइन्स एक्ट 1952 के अनुसार “खदान,” “मालिक,” “एजेंट” और “मैनेजर” शब्दों को परिभाषित कीजिये।
