Describe image formation in the eye with brightness adaptation and discrimination.
चमक अनुकूलन और भेदभाव के साथ आँखों में छवि निर्माण का वर्णन करें।
b)What are the different approaches to estimate the noise parameters in an image? Explain.
एक छवि में noise मापदंडों का अनुमान लगाने के लिए विभिन्न दृष्टिकोण क्या हैं? इसे समझाइए।
