Discuss the history and evolution of Operating System? ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम के इतिहास और विकास पर चर्चा करें।

What is an Operating System and its Services. Discuss in detail. एक ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम और इसकी सेवाएँ क्या हैं? विस्तार से चर्चा करें।
