  • Water supply & Sanitary arrangement- 8%
  • Electrification -6%
  • Fluctuation of rates – 5%
  • Contractor's profit – 10%

• निम्न के रूप में संरचना लागत का प्रतिशत दिया गया है।
  • जल आपूर्ति एवं स्वच्छता व्यवस्था = 8%
  • विद्युतीकरण = 6%
  • दरों में उतार-चढ़ाव = 5%
  • ठेकेदार का लाभ = 10%
  • अल्प पर्यवेक्षण एवं आकस्मिक व्यय = 3%
