Prepare the rough estimate for a proposed commercial complex for a municipal corporation for the following data.
7Plinth Area = 500 m²/floor, Ht of each storey = 3.5m, No. of storey= G+2, Cubical content rate = Rs. 1000/m³.
Provided for a following as a percentage of structured cost
i) Water supply and Sanitary arrangement -8%
ii) Electrification - 6%
iii) Fluctuation of rates - 5%
iv) Contractors profit - 10%
v) Petty supervision and contingencies - 3%.
निम्नलिखित डाटा के आधार पर नगर निगम के लिए प्रस्तावित
वाणिज्यिक परिसर के लिए मोटा अनुमान तैयार करें।
प्लिंथ क्षेत्र = 500 m²/मंजिल, प्रत्येक मंजिल की ऊँचाई = 3.5m,
मंजिलों की संख्या = G+2, घन सामग्री दर = Rs. 1000/m³.
संरचित लागत के प्रतिशत के रूप में निम्नलिखित के लिए प्रावधान
किया गया है।
i) जल आपूर्ति और स्वच्छता व्यवस्था - 8%
ii) विद्युतीकरण - 6%
iii) दरों में उतार-चढ़ाव - 5%
iv) ठेकेदारों का लाभ - 10%
v) छोटी-मोटी निगरानी और आकस्मिकताएँ - 3%.
