Note: i) Attempt any five questions.

a) Explain the various kinds of footing that are used when constructing buildings. Describe your answer with diagrams.
इमारतों के निर्माण में उपयोग किए जाने वाले विभिन्न प्रकार के फुटिंग के बारे में बताइए। अपने उत्तर को रेखाचित्रों के साथ वर्णित करें।
b) Explain the functions of an open foundation by drawing and labeling its constituent parts.
एक खुली नींव के घटक भागों का चित्रण और लेबलिंग करके उसके कार्यों की व्याख्या करें।
a) Give examples to illustrate the concepts of architectural composition, such as balance, contrast and unity.

b) Draw a plan for a residential building and describing the importance of open spaces in the design.
