Note:

a) Explain bioisosterism and its role in medicinal chemistry.

b) Write note on Drug Metabolism.

Explain the following physicochemical parameters related to biological activity with examples.

a) Exemplify direct and indirect acting Sympathomimetic agents giving their structures.
प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से अभिनय करने वाले सिम्पैथोमिमेटिक एजेंटों को अपनी संरचनाएँ दें।
b) Classify adrenergic antagonists with structures. Give synthesis of propranolol.

c) Write examples of reversible and irreversible cholinesterase inhibitors giving their structures.
