Note: i) Attempt any five questions.

Detail the parts of the suspension formulation. Add a remark on suspension preparation techniques.
निलंबन सूत्रीकरण के भागों का विवरण दें। निलंबन तैयारी तकनीकों पर एक टिप्पणी जोड़ें।
Define prescription. Discuss the procedure in which a pharmacist should take when managing a prescription for compounding and dispensing.
नुस्खे को परिभाषित करें। नुस्खे के विभिन्न भागों की संक्षेप में चर्चा करें। उस प्रक्रिया पर चर्चा करें जो एक फार्मासिस्ट को कंपाउंडिंग और डिस्पेंसिंग के लिए नुस्खे का प्रबंधन करते समय लेनी चाहिए।
a) Discuss the different system of weights and measures.
वजनों और मापों की विभिन्न प्रणालियों की विवेचना कीजिए।
b) Prepare 8oz of a solution so that two teaspoonful diluted to a quart, will make 1 in 5,000 solution.
एक घोल का 8 औंस तैयार करें ताकि दो चम्मच एक चौथाई गैलन में पतला, 5,000 में से 1 घोल बना सके।
a) Explain in detail career opportunities in pharmacy.

b) Write a note on organoleptic additives (colouring, flavouring and sweetening agents).

Define posology. Explain in detail factors affecting the dose of the drug (posology).

What are suppositories? Classify different suppository bases used in the preparation and explain it.

a) Define and classify powders. Add a note on bulk and divided powders.
चूर्ण को परिभाषित एवं वर्गीकृत कीजिए। थोक और विभाजित पाउडर पर एक नोट जोड़ें।
b) Write a note on throat paints and enemas.
गले के पेंट और एनीमा पर एक नोट लिखिए।
c) What is the need to develop dosage form? Classify dosage form with suitable example.
